Q: The app doesn't hear my cat/voice?
A: Please ensure you have granted Microphone permissions in your iPhone Settings (Settings > Catify > Microphone).

Q: How does the AI training work?
A: Use the "Personalize" button after a translation to tell the app what your cat really meant. The app saves a voice vector locally to improve future accuracy.

Q: I want to request a refund.
A: Since all payments are handled directly by Apple, please contact Apple Support or use reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes! All audio processing happens offline on your device. We do not upload your voice recordings to any servers.
