            By downloading or using FaceHider AI, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FaceHider AI ("the App"), developed by Eduard Koblyk ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FaceHider AI is a mobile application for iOS that allows users to:

Automatically detect and blur/hide faces and objects in photos and videos
Manually select and apply blur, mosaic, or other effects to selected regions
Process and export edited media

All processing is performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision Framework and Metal GPU acceleration.

3. Eligibility

FaceHider AI is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the App.

4. User Accounts

FaceHider AI does not require you to create an account. The App functions without registration or sign-in.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Subscription

FaceHider AI offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Premium features include but are not limited to: video processing, advanced effects, watermark removal, and additional detection types.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the advertised price.

5.3 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FaceHider AI only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Use the App to circumvent face recognition systems for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Eduard Koblyk and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you process with FaceHider AI. We do not claim any rights to your content. Since all processing occurs on-device, we never have access to your media.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Accuracy or reliability of face/object detection
Fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Completeness of blur/masking coverage

AI-powered detection may not identify all faces or objects in every scenario. You are responsible for reviewing processed media before sharing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduard Koblyk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Failure to detect or adequately conceal faces or objects
Loss of data or media
Unauthorized disclosure of information due to incomplete blurring

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduard Koblyk from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
