By accessing or using Oasify ("the App"), developed by Eduard Koblyk ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Oasify is a mobile application for iOS that helps users care for their plants. The App allows you to:
All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to function.
Oasify is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the App.
Oasify does not require you to create an account. The App functions without registration or sign-in.
Oasify is a free application. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features that require payment.
You agree to use Oasify only for its intended purpose — plant care tracking and reminders. You may not:
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Eduard Koblyk and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
All data you create within the App (plant selection, watering history, preferences) remains on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your data. You can delete all data at any time through the App's Settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Oasify provides general watering reminders and visual indicators. It is not a substitute for professional plant care advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduard Koblyk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduard Koblyk from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Since Oasify operates entirely on your device without accounts or online services, you can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
