This Privacy Policy describes how Eduard Koblyk ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application Catify (the "App").

Our primary goal is to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account with us, and we do not store your personal data on our servers.
A. Microphone and Audio Data
To provide the translation and "Teach Me" features, the App requires access to your device's microphone.
- Local Processing: All audio recordings are processed locally on your device using Apple's frameworks (SoundAnalysis, CoreML).
- No Cloud Uploads: We do not upload your raw audio recordings to any external servers.
- KNN Vectors: For the "Teach Me" feature, the App converts audio into mathematical representations (vectors). These vectors are stored locally on your device or synced via your personal iCloud container.
B. Technical Data & Analytics
We use third-party tools to help us improve the App and fix bugs. These tools may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable information, such as:
- Device model and iOS version.
- Crash reports and performance logs.
- App usage data (e.g., which features are used most).
2. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify your device for advertising, analytics, or subscription management purposes:

3. iCloud Synchronization
The App uses Apple's iCloud services to synchronize your custom cat dictionary (KNN vectors) and settings across your devices.
- This data is stored in your private iCloud container.
- We (the developer) do not have access to your iCloud files.
- This data is protected by Apple's security protocols.
4. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
