Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Catify mobile application (the "App") operated by Eduard Koblyk ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service & Disclaimer
Catify is an AI-powered application designed to analyze and interpret cat sounds using Machine Learning algorithms.
- Entertainment Purposes Only: You acknowledge and agree that the translations, voice analysis, and "Teach Me" features provided by the App are for entertainment purposes only.
- Not a Veterinary Tool: The App is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the App's output to assess the health or well-being of your pet.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro" or "Premium" features).
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
- Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eduard Koblyk and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright and other laws.
4. User-Generated Content & Conduct
You are responsible for the audio recordings you create using the App. You agree not to use the App to record or process offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., advertisements via AdMob) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Eduard Koblyk, nor his directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
