The app cannot access my photos or videos

Please allow Photo Library access in iPhone Settings (Settings > FaceHider AI > Photos). FaceHider AI needs this permission only to let you select and save media.

How does face hiding work?

All detection and blur processing runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device technologies. Your media is not uploaded to external servers.

I want a refund for my subscription

All payments are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is my data safe?

Yes. FaceHider AI is built with a privacy-first architecture: processing is local on your device, and your photos/videos are never uploaded by the app.
