How do I water my plant in the app?

Tap the water button on the Home screen or use the "Water" button on the Home Screen widget. The water level will increase to 100% and gradually decrease over your set interval.

How does the water level work?

After watering, the water level starts at 100% and decreases linearly over your watering interval (e.g., 3 days). When it reaches 0%, your plant needs water again. The Home Screen widget shows this in real-time.

Can I undo a watering?

Yes! If you accidentally watered your plant, you can tap "Undo" on the widget or use the undo option in the app to revert to the previous state.

How do I change my watering schedule?

Open Settings in the app and adjust the watering interval (1-30 days) and reminder time to match your plant's needs.

My widget is not updating

iOS manages widget refresh timing. Try removing and re-adding the widget to your Home Screen. Also ensure the app has been opened at least once after installation.

How do I enable notifications?

Go to Settings in the app and toggle on Reminders. You may need to allow notifications in your iPhone Settings (Settings > Oasify > Notifications).

How do I reset and start over?

Open Settings and tap "Reset & Choose New Plant" at the bottom. This will delete all data and take you back to the plant selection screen.

Is my data backed up?

Your plant data is stored locally on your device. It is included in your iOS device backups (iCloud or computer). If you restore from a backup, your Oasify data will be restored as well.
